Auditions for M-Net's Face Of Africa 2009/2010 have been happening round Africa and wrap-up in Johannesburg this
Wednesday (23 September) with an open call to all hopefuls who'd like to enter.
Entry forms were available on M-Net's website before the auditions began so Wednesday's audition is open to anyone who filled in those forms
and to those didn't submit an entry form; or who didn't know about the show before now i.e. if you're keen you can go along, enter at the venue and give the catwalk a bash.
The venueO Model Africa, 1st Floor, Shine Studios, corner Henri and Smit Street, Braamfontein.
Casting opens at 09h00. It's best to get there early to secure a place in the queue.
Who can enter?The search is open to young women between the ages of 17 and 24.
The minimum height requirement is 1.72m; the maximum hip measurement is 96 cm.
Entrants should not have an existing modelling contract.

How the competition worksFinalists are being selected from across Africa to participate in a Model Boot where a Top 10 will be chosen.
The Top 10 will then go head-to-head for the win at the Finale, which will be held in Nigeria in February 2010.
This year the show has expanded: last year there were four episodes in the build-up to the finale - this year the show will be broadcast in a full 14-episode series on M-Net Series. It premieres on Saturday 31 October 2009.
The prizeHelmed by former Face of Africa winner Oluchi Onweagba, the prize includes a three-year modelling contract prize from her modelling agency O-Model Africa and a cash prize.
