Monday 3 November 2008Episode 5125 Stephanie tells Taylor that Donna is out to avenge Brooke. Stephanie hints at the custody agreement and how it will become permanent and that she wants Taylor to help. Ridge rethinks the situation involving Brooke and his children with Ashley.
Dorothy is impressed by Brooke's progress and because of it, she decides she'll request a custody hearing for the next day. Stephanie suggests to Dorothy that she stop by unannounced and to not believe anything that Brooke says.
Andy sits at the bar thinking of Brooke and the gift he sent her. He sits down at Brooke's table and admits to her that he is her secret admirer.
Tuesday 4 November 2008Episode 5126 Phoebe isn't as interested in singing with Rick as she once was but Rick tries to convince her that the world needs to see her passion and Constantine advises her to be professional and leave her personal emotions out of her performance.
Nick tells Stephanie he'll be there to defend Brooke the next time she comes after her and Stephanie seemingly begins to back off.
Brooke finds out that Andy is her secret admirer, and is caught off guard when he reveals his knowledge about her custody case. He offers Brooke a ride home, but she is frightened by his intensity and rushes home alone. She arrives home to find Andy at her front gate, and asks him to leave.
Wednesday 5 November 2008Episode 5127 Brooke deals with Andy's abrasiveness and he leaves her alone until Stephanie calls and tells him to return to the house. Andy sneaks in and Brooke finds herself in a dangerous situation. Rick and Phoebe have trouble practicing because she can't feel the words, and Rick feels like the situation is hopeless. He finally begins to get through to Phoebe with words of hope, and they almost kiss. Felicia observes Constantine performing and she leaves him with something a little unexpected.
Thursday 6 November 2008Episode 5128 After being attacked by Andy, Brooke tries to call for help but Andy threatens her reconciliation with her children. Dorothy comes over for a visit and sees Brooke very stressed out.
Meanwhile, Andy is hiding upstairs, and once Dorothy leaves, he stops Brooke from escaping. However, Brooke finds a letter opener and uses it to defend herself.
Taylor has deep fears about her egg donor showing up and demanding to take their child. These fears make Taylor more sympathetic towards Brooke's situation and she encourages Nick to help Brooke. Eric thinks that Ridge's desire for Hope and R.J. to be with Brooke should be enough proof for Stephanie to stop her quest for custody.
Friday 7 November 2008Episode 5129 Brooke recalls her memories of the attack from the night before and reinstalls the security system in her house. Dorothy makes a surprise visit to Brooke and demands that she explain her change in behavior from the night before.
Brooke releases her frustration and anger on Dorothy.
Jackie wonders if Donna will still marry Thorne if Brooke gets her children back. Donna sees no reason to give up her relationship with Thorne, and Jackie warns her to the dangers of Stephanie. Donna informs both Jackie and Thorne that the hearing has been postponed.
Thorne wonders if it has anything to do with Stephanie. Stephanie introduces Ridge to the custody lawyer and makes it clear he doesn't want full custody. Dorothy calls Stephanie to let her know that the hearing has been postponed.
Monday 10 November 2008Episode 5130 Bridget is stunned to learn of the attack on Brooke. Brooke tells her it was Andy from Café Russe, but she will not report him for fear of losing custody of her children. Bridget counsels Brooke and takes proper and appropriate steps for Brooke's physical and emotional well-being.
Donna taunts Stephanie by asking her to help plan her wedding. Stephanie refuses to believe she and Thorne will make it to the altar.
Ridge is torn between fighting for full custody of the children and his concern for Brooke. Stephanie tells him he is doing the right thing. Thorne tries to convince Ridge that he is being controlled by Stephanie, leaving Stephanie furious.
Tuesday 11 November 2008Episode 5131 Stephanie and the attorney urge Ridge to sign the papers for permanent full custody. Ridge tells Ashley that he signed the papers for full custody and she wonders if he did it for the right reasons.
Phoebe worries about winning The Boldface Challenge and having to sing with Rick. Phoebe runs into Ashley who informs her that Rick is still madly in love with her.
Nick asks Bridget why the hearing was postponed and if Brooke is ok. Stephanie sneaks into Brooke's house and harasses her about her involvement with Andy.
Wednesday 12 November 2008Episode 5132 Brooke and Stephanie argue about Andy and Brooke insists that Stephanie doesn't understand what she is talking about. Stephanie reveals the petition in which Ridge seeks full custody of the children which pushes Brooke over the edge.
Constantine, along with special guest stars Jon McLaughlin and Elliott Yamin, perform during the Boldface Challenge concert. When all of the performances are done, Phoebe, Constantine and Rick nervously wait for the results. Ridge hopes that Phoebe won't have to sing with Rick.
Thursday, 13 November 2008Episode 5133 Brooke is a mess as she recalls the attack, and Donna is concerned for her well-being. Ridge visits Brooke at her house to see why she wasn't at the Boldface Records concert and Brooke reveals to Ridge that she knows he filed for full custody over their children and later tells Ridge of her attack.
Eric tries to smooth things out between Thorne and Stephanie when Donna storms in and exposes Stephanie of convincing Ridge to petition for full custody. Donna demands that the Logan's and Forrester's learn to co-exist.
Rick tells Phoebe that he will support her music career, and she insists that she can't do it without him. Phoebe tells Rick she has changed and they romantically embrace. Rick tells Phoebe that he wants to make love to her.
Friday, 14 November 2008Episode 5134 Ridge comforts Brooke about her attack. Ridge tells Brooke that he will protect her, and tries to convince her to press charges against Andy. All Brooke wants are her children back. Ridge tells her that he won't let anyone take her children from her and leaves to go after Andy.
Ridge finds Andy at Café Russe. Stephanie and Ashley admire Eric's designs for the upcoming show when Stephanie begins to insult Brooke and accidentally mentions Andy.
Eric signs paperwork for another loan. Phoebe confesses to Rick that she has been sending him mixed signals. Phoebe tells Rick she loves him, but isn't ready and runs out.
Both Jackie and Nick don't think their designs will beat the Forrester's. Nick and Jackie brainstorm on alternate ways to beat Forrester this season.
Monday, 17 November 2008Episode 5135
Andy runs out of Café Russe when Ridge notices him and Ridge chases after. Ridge and Andy end up on a roof where Ridge lunges at Andy. Andy grabs a high voltage antenna to defend himself and reveals to Ridge that he had an accomplice that knows Brooke well.
Donna gives Stephanie a sample wedding invitation and Stephanie is aghast when everyone agrees to have Thorne and Donna's wedding at her house. Eric insists that the wedding be at their house no matter what Stephanie wants.
Brooke calls into work to let them know she isn't coming in and Nick tells her to take her time. Nick, Jackie and Storm brainstorm ideas to beat Forrester. Brooke confesses to Bridget that she told Ridge about the attack. Brooke decides to press charges if Andy is found.
Tuesday 18 November 2008Episode 5136 Ridge pushes Andy to tell him who his accomplice was. A guard rushes in and startles Andy who accidentally knocks into a metal gate, electrocuting himself.
Katie surprises Donna when she returns to town for Donna's wedding. Donna convinces Katie that she does truly love Thorne. Stephanie warns Katie not to get in her way of stopping Thorne from marrying Donna. Katie stands up to Stephanie.
Stephanie tries to get through to Thorne about his true feelings for Donna and Thorne finally gives Stephanie an ultimatum accept Donna or lose him.
Brooke thinks it's suspicious that Andy knew about her and her custody hearing.
Rick tells Ashley that she was right about him and Phoebe. Rick asks Ashley if there is a future for them. Ridge returns to tell Brooke that Andy is dead and that he had an accomplice. Ridge tells Brooke that she can always come to him, and they share a romantic kiss.
Wednesday, 19 November 2008Episode 5137 Ridge brings Brooke breakfast in bed and tells her about the article in the paper of Andy's accident. Ridge also tells Brooke that her children will be coming home to her today.
Ridge goes to Stephanie's to pick up his children and bring them back to their mother. Stephanie yells at Ridge and says that it is a mistake.
Taylor finds out that Nick and Jackie are suing the Forrester's over their name. Nick tells Taylor to concentrate on her pregnancy and not to worry about the fashion wars.
Katie surprises Brooke at her home and Brooke tells Katie that Ridge has dropped the custody suit. Brooke is reunited with her children while Ridge watches with tears in his eyes. Brooke thanks Ridge for bringing her kids back to her and Ridge tells her that he will find out who helped Andy.
Stephanie glances at the newspaper and sees the article on Andy and him being electrocuted on the roof. She is shell-shocked. Stephanie realizes that if Ridge finds out about her sending Andy to Brooke's, she might loose him forever.
Thursday, 20 November 2008Episode 5138 Jackie is unsure of Donna's plan of marrying Thorne just to make Stephanie's life miserable. Thorne shows up to say that Aly is sick and cannot be in the wedding. Thorne wants to postpone the ceremony for a few days but Donna reassures Thorne to go through with the wedding.
Ridge regains confidence in Brooke's ability to be a good mother and agrees to take Brooke and the kids to Big Bear - like the old days.
Ridge meets with Ashley to talk about his desire for his family to be back to normal and his plans to travel to Big Bear with them. Ridge reassures Ashley of their love. A passionate kiss from Ridge eases Ashley's mind. Brooke excitedly tells Katie of her plans which leads Katie to believe that Brooke is still in love with him.
Friday, 21 November 2008Episode 5139 Stephanie tries to convince Katie that Donna only wants to marry Thorne to get revenge. Donna asks Katie to be her maid of honour. Katie is delighted and agrees to be a part of the ceremony.
Jackie demands Donna tell the truth. Katie overhears Donna and Jackie's conversation that their marriage is going to make Stephanie miserable. Once Thorne is gone, Katie demands to know if Donna really loves him.
Monday, 24 November 2008Episode 5140 As family begins to arrive for Donna and Thorne's wedding, Stephanie acknowledges that it will take a miracle to stop it. Stephanie reluctantly agrees to support Thorne, still convinced that he will one day regret his decision to marry Donna. Katie asks Donna if she really loves Thorne. Donna admits that she may not love him but that they will make each other happy.
Later, Thorne shares with Katie how deep his feelings for Donna really are. Katie reveals to Thorne Donna's intentions for marrying him. Eric rushes Katie and Thorne out of the room so the wedding can start before Thorne is able to process what Katie has just told him. As Donna walks down the aisle, Thorne realizes he has a decision to make.
Tuesday, 25 November 2008Episode 5141After Nick tells Taylor of Donna's plan to use Thorne for revenge against Stephanie, Taylor rushes to the ceremony, with the intention to stop it, but finds that the wedding had already been called off.
Donna is shocked to learn that it was Katie who convinced Thorne to reconsider marrying Donna. Donna frantically tries to convince Thorne that she loves him, but he tells her that he doesn't believe her. Donna promises to get revenge on Stephanie in some other way.
Meanwhile, Thorne is grateful to Katie for being honest with him about Donna's intentions.
Wednesday, 26 November 2008Episode 5142 Brooke is haunted by flashbacks of her rape. Ridge comforts her, promising that they will catch Andy's accomplice. Ridge hires a private investigator and they search through Andy's cell phone for clues.
Katie tries to convince Stephanie to leave the Logan family alone. Stephanie is curious to find out how Brooke lured Ridge back in and discovers that Brooke has moved in with Ridge.
Thursday, 27 November 2008Episode 5143 Ashley visits Eric to get from him his take on Ridge and Brooke's past, current and possible future relationship. Eric tells Ashley that he honestly feels that Ridge and Brooke are truly meant for each other.
Felicia talks to Brooke about ending the war between the Logans and the Foresters. Felicia also advises Brooke that it would be better if Brooke and Ridge were apart. Brooke reveals to Felicia that she was attacked and that Ridge is looking for the accomplice in the crime.
Ridge locates Andy's secretary who gives him access into Andy's locked cell phone where Ridge recognizes one of the phone numbers.
Friday, 28 November 2008Episode 5144 Ridge is astounded that the person whose phone number that he found in the phone could be Andy's accomplice. Ridge tries to find excuses as to why this person would have any association with Andy.
Ridge shares the story of Brooke's attack and his recent discovery with Eric as they work together to find more evidence proving the accomplice's involvement with Andy.
Ridge reveals to Brooke the evidence that he has found, leaving both Ridge and Brooke distraught and broken.
