Episode 4929
Ridge tells Stephanie that though Brooke needs her time alone, he will not give up pursuing her. He also tells Eric and Stephanie that he is relieved to have Brooke working back at Forrester instead of at Marone Industries. Donna tells Nick at the hospital that she saw Stephanie push Jackie over the railing. Nick asks if it is true and Jackie nods her head. Nick leaves the hospital on his way to Stephanie’s.
Brooke tries to call Nick on his way but he does not hear his phone. She then calls Stephanie to warn her of Nick’s rage. At Stephanie’s Nick breaks through a window when she does not let him in. Nick corners Stephanie and tries to get her to admit that she pushed Jackie.
Back at the hospital, Eric tells Jackie that he is sorry if his wife did push her and gives her a kiss. Jackie opens her eyes and gives Eric a weak smile.

Episode 4930
Donna tells Ridge that she saw Stephanie push Jackie over the banister. Later, Donna tells Storm what she saw and learns that Stephanie could go to prison for aggravated assault. Nick is furious and confronts Stephanie about Jackie’s fall. Stephanie grabs a gun and points it at Nick. Eric, Ridge, and Brooke intervene. Eric takes the gun and Brooke convinces Nick to leave.
Stephanie calls Donna and accuses the entire Logan family of using her to climb the social ladder and insists the fall was Jackie’s fault. Unbeknownst to Stephanie, Donna has her phone of speaker so Storm, Nick, and Brooke can hear as well. Nick states that he wants to get even and Storm suggests filing a civil case against Stephanie.

Episode 4931
Ridge is happy Brooke is working at Forrester Creations again. Brooke is still determined to not get involved in a relationship with Ridge. Brooke tells Stephanie that Nick has gone to Storm for legal advice. Nick tells Jackie that he confronted Stephanie. He introduces her to Storm and they discuss a potential trial. Jackie suggests that they take Forrester Creations.
Later, Nick tells Stephanie, Eric, and Ridge that they must sell him Forrester Creations or Stephanie goes to jail. Harry visits Taylor to tell her his is worried about Phoebe. He feels that Phoebe should stay away from Shane. Shane flirts with Phoebe who is a bit uncomfortable. Phoebe agrees to go to dinner with Shane the following evening.

Nick and Eric discuss selling Forrester Creations in exchange for Stephanie staying out of jail. They fight over whether the fall was an accident. Nick tells Brooke that they can revitalize Forrester Creations together, but Brooke insists there is no company without the Forresters.
Bridget checks in on Jackie as her condition seems to be improving. Jackie tells Bridget that Stephanie pushed her down the stairs. Stephanie arrives and asks to speak to Jackie alone. After Bridget leaves, Stephanie tries to get Jackie to back down from taking Forrester Creations. Jackie refuses, calling Stephanie a bully.

Episode 4933
Stephanie offers Jackie a half-hearted apology. Jackie gives Stephanie the option of losing her company or losing her freedom. Eric considers giving the shares of Forrester Creations to Nick. Ridge refuses. Eric reveals to Ridge how disgusted he is at Stephanie but that he still loves her.
Brooke begs Nick not to take the company from the Forresters and to come up with a fair settlement offer. Nick says he would do anything for her but that. Brooke tells him he will have to do it without her, and that their relationship will not survive if he takes the company.

Harry is concerned for Phoebe. They are just about to share a kiss, but are interrupted by Shane. Although Phoebe is timid Shane takes Phoebe for a quick bite to eat. To her surprise, he takes her back to his apartment for a romantic dinner. As Shane leaves to go buy champagne, Phoebe takes out her phone and calls Harry. She searches for an address so they can pick her up, but is shocked to find a wall full of her pictures instead.
Shane returns and closes the phone on Phoebe and asks her what’s going on. Phoebe tries to calm him down and Shane admits that he loves her. Storm tells Taylor that with Shane’s testimony she has a very good chance of being acquitted of vehicular manslaughter. Taylor is concerned for Phoebe’s safety.

Episode 4935
Phoebe and Shane share a kiss, but Harry arrives before anything else can happen. Phoebe thinks it is cute that Shane has a crush on her, but tells Shane she is not ready for an intimate relationship. Shane and Harry argue over Phoebe.
Phoebe is worried Harry is jeopardizing Shane’s testimony. Taylor tells Storm that Shane needs to testify first as she is worried about Phoebe. Later, Thorne gives Taylor a letter from Alexandria and says that he hopes Taylor can be a part of her life.

Episode 4936
Shane shows up late to the courtroom to testify. He tells Phoebe all he can think about is them celebrating after the trial and he goes in to kiss her. She pulls away saying that if someone sees it will make his testimony look like a lie. Shane’s testimony is cut short by the Judge, leaving Phoebe nervous about celebrating with him tonight.
Lt. Baker states that though he smelled alcohol on Taylor’s breath the night of the accident, there was no breathalyzer test to prove her blood alcohol level was over the legal limit. Dante tells Bridget that they can find a way for Felicia, Bridget and him to raise the baby together, but Bridget reveals that she lost the baby. Dante comforts Bridget as she tells him that she feels like a failure for losing two babies.

Thorne comforts Taylor about the trial. Taylor also admits that she is worried for Phoebe because of how Shane looks at her. Shane goes over his testimony with Storm, before pushing him out the door because he can’t stop thinking about Phoebe. After Phoebe unsuccessfully tries to get out of her plans with Shane, she invites him over; making him think they will be alone.
Harry and Hector try to convince Phoebe to call back Shane and cancel their plans. When Shane arrives, Harry hides in the bushes. Harry jumps out of the bushes and punches Shane as he thinks Shane is attacking Phoebe.
Shane lunges at Harry, knocking him unconscious. Hector thinks Phoebe is in danger being raped, and takes a blind swing at Shane. Blood splatters his face and shirt as Hector fears he may have hit the wrong person.

Thorne rethinks his relationship with Taylor for Alexandria’s sake. Stephanie reminds Thorne that Taylor will be there for Alexandria. Taylor worries about Phoebe and fantasizes about Thorne, Alexandria and Taylor being a family. Phoebe tends to Harry and Shane as Hector calls an ambulance. As Phoebe defends Shane, he disappears.
Lt. Baker arrives and Phoebe tells him she doesn’t want to press charges. They go to his apartment to look for him. Lt. Baker receives a phone call telling them that Shane is at a store and needs help. Little do they know, Shane was the one on the phone trying to lure them away from his apartment.
As Lt. Baker leaves for the store, Shane enters his apartment to find Phoebe. Shane tells Phoebe that he only wanted to love her, and then leaves. Phoebe breaks down after he leaves.

Episode 4939
Phoebe tries to defend Shane to Taylor. Storm and Taylor are discouraged because Shane is missing and won’t be able to testify. Storm tries to get a continuance from the Judge, but is denied. Storm puts Taylor on the stand, and she puts all the blame on herself, further discouraging Storm.
As Storm is about to tell the Judge he has no more witnesses, Thorne jumps up asks to be put on the stand. The Judge allows it, and Thorne begs the jury to set Taylor free.

Episode 4940
Taylor is found not guilty of vehicular manslaughter. The family is overjoyed and everyone celebrates. Taylor is reunited with Alexandra. After everyone leaves, Thorne asks Taylor to marry him even though he doesn’t have a ring. She says yes and they make love.
Nick tells Donna that he will be running Forrester Creations or Stephanie will be going to jail. Donna is unsure if Nick is being fair.

Episode 4941
Eric holds a meeting with his children about whether or not to sell Forrester Creations to Nick. He also tells them that if they sell, they need to sign a non-compete clause, which leaves them out of the fashion business for ten years. The children are upset and Ridge refuses to sign.
Nick would like to run Forrester with Brooke but she tells Nick that she can’t run the company without the Forresters and pleads with him not to take the company away from them. As Eric is about to sign the papers, Brooke stops him and pleads with Nick one more time. Stephanie visits Jackie and tells her that Jackie will never have her company.

Eric gets Nick to take out the non-compete clause of the contract. Everyone unhappily signs the papers. Brooke surprises Nick by also signing away her shares of the stock to him. She tells him that she wants nothing to do with him. Eric and Ridge are overjoyed by Brooke’s loyalty to them.
Brooke tells Ridge that she wants to be with him … forever. Stephanie is furious to learn that Eric gave up the company. Bridget is shocked and scared to find Shane at the hospital, who snuck in as her patient for his head injuries. After working on his head, he sneaks out.

Donna consoles Nick about losing Brooke. She sneakily drops the idea to Nick that she is willing to step up in Brooke’s place in the company. Nick vows to make Forrester Creations bigger and better than ever. Stephanie tells Eric that she will never forgive him for his actions.
They fight about their marriage and Stephanie begins to realize that she may be beginning to lose him. Stephanie apologizes to Eric and later places a phone call to Taylor for help. Ridge and Brooke talk about how in love they are and then they make love.

Ridge and Brooke are glad they never gave up on each other. Eric, Felicia and Sally finalize the paperwork, handing Forrester Creations over to Nick as well as pack up their offices. Stephanie begins attending therapy sessions at Taylor’s office, and admits that she needs to be a better wife to Eric.
Later, Brooke comforts Bridget over the loss of her unborn child. Nick asks Donna to come to work for him as a model, spokesperson and give input on the lines. Donna accepts. At therapy, Stephanie begins to reveal issues from her childhood. She recalls but doesn’t admit to Taylor that her father may have abused her.

Nick tells Jackie that his marriage to Brooke is over. Taylor tries to help Stephanie with her marriage by confronting Stephanie’s childhood. Jackie feels guilty that Nick has taken over Forrester Creations. Eric forgives Stephanie when she apologizes to him for the condition of their marriage.
Later, Nick asks Bridget to work with him, and she admits to him that she lost the baby. As the Forresters pack their final boxes and exit the building, Eric promises his loyal employees that he will get the company back and they will all be reunited. Stephanie returns to office one last time and as Nick gloats, she proceeds to smash the stained glass windows at Forrester Creations.

Ridge shares his concern about his parents’ relationship with Brooke. Brooke tells Ridge about her ideas for a new fashion company. Then Ridge and Brooke make love. Eric visits Jackie and tells her that he still cares for her. Jackie is deeply moved. Taylor questions Stephanie about her anger, attempting to find a cause for it. Stephanie tenses up when Taylor brings up her mother. Stephanie recall a memory of her father and then admits that her father hit her.

Nick addresses the staff at Forrester Creations and several walk out. Later, Clarke Garrison agrees to work for Nick as head designer at Forrester Creations. Ridge, Thorne, and Eric don’t think Stephanie’s therapy will do any good. Ridge and Thorne try to convince Eric to start over with a new company, but he doesn’t know if he can do it.
Stephanie admits that she lied about the death of her mother to her husband and her children. Taylor encourages Stephanie to make amends with her mother. Stephanie calls her sister, Pamela, but gets nervous and quickly gets off the phone. Pamela tells their mother, Ann, that Stephanie called. After the call, Taylor tries to convince Stephanie to visit her mother in Chicago and confront her.

Stephanie calls Pamela and tells her to tell Ann that she’s coming to visit. Ann doesn’t understand why Stephanie wants to visit after so many years but she still wants to see her daughter, especially if she’s coming to make amends. Ridge tells Felicia that their parents have been having problems.
Eric walks in on Stephanie telling Taylor that she lied about her mother’s death. Taylor tells Eric the truth about Stephanie’s past (that her father abused her) and Eric insists on going with Stephanie to Chicago to confront her mother. On the way to Chicago, Eric tells Stephanie that he will make sure her mother hears her.

At the request of Stephanie, Taylor reveals to Thorne that Stephanie’s mother is not dead and that she is on her way to Chicago to confront her mother about her issues from the past. Later, Thorne asks Hector if he wants to live at his beach house for free, rather than live in the fire station because Thorne and Alexandria are moving in with Taylor.
Stephanie flashes back to her childhood memories. Stephanie admits to Eric that she wants to save their marriage. Stephanie and Ann discuss the past, and Stephanie admits that she told her children that Ann was dead. Stephanie wants to leave because Ann is not listening to her.
