Bridget tells Felicia that the baby is healthy and that Nick is telling Brooke about the pregnancy. Felicia points out that Ridge is going to look like a better guy to Brooke when she hears Nick was unfaithful. Nick is about to tell Brooke but Donna interrupts. Donna wants to get to know Ridge and she feels the only thing standing in the way is Brooke.
Nick asks Harry to give him some time on the boat so he can tell Brooke about Bridget’s pregnancy. Stephanie asks Shane what he wants in order to keep him quiet about Darla’s accident. She learns that Shane wants to be with Phoebe.

Eps 4907
Stephanie accuses Donna of trying to get with Ridge and tells her that she will never be part of the family. On Nick’s boat, Nick tells Brooke that he slept with Bridget and that she is pregnant with his child. Felicia tells Bridget that the pregnancy is an opportunity for her and Nick to be together and for Brooke to go back to Ridge. Dr. Caspary sees something strange in Bridget’s file.

Brooke is furious with Nick’s confession. When Brooke attempts to leave, Nick tries to stop her but she shoves him and he falls overboard. Bridget has an ultrasound to try to figure out how long she has been pregnant. Felicia tells Dante that Bridget is pregnant. Dante worries that the baby may be his, but Felicia tells him it is Nick’s. Felicia thinks the baby will be a good thing, driving everyone to end up with who they are supposed to be with.

Ridge arrives back at his house after his flight to find that Donna has set up a nice dinner for him. Brooke leaves Ridge a message telling him that he was right about Nick; he let her down. After thanking the Coast Guard for rescuing him Nick sees that Brooke has left. Bridget arrives to tell him that he is not the father, but she realizes that he already told Brooke. Nick is shocked to hear the child is Dante’s. Stephanie explains to Eric that Donna is not good for Ridge and that Ridge should be with Brooke.

Eps 4910
Brooke tells Ridge that she has left Nick for good. Nick calls, but Brooke refuses to talk to him so Ridge picks up and tells Nick to stay away from Brooke. Donna tries to convince Brooke and Ridge not to get involved with each other again, but they ask her to leave so they can have a moment alone.
Later, Nick arrives and Ridge tries to get him to leave. Nick tells Brooke that he is not the father of Bridget’s baby. Ridge is shocked when he hears that Nick had cheated. Stephanie tells Donna that Ridge never wanted to be with her because he wants Brooke.
Stephanie blocks Donna from returning to the guest house and wants to know what is going on inside. Eric comforts Bridget after she confesses to him that she is pregnant with Dante’s baby.

Nick asks Brooke to forgive him for sleeping with Bridget, whereas Ridge tries to convince Brooke otherwise and kisses her. Later, Bridget apologizes to her mother, but they fight about the night Bridget slept with Nick. Bridget defends Nick and pleads with Brooke to take him back. While Nick and Ridge wait outside, they start to physically fight until Stephanie breaks it up.
Bridget admits that Dante is the father of her baby, and Brooke forgives her. Thorne calls Taylor and invites her to Big Bear, which she accepts. Thorne opens a package in his office that contains a jewelry box. Taylor tells Phoebe that she is going to tell Thorne that she killed Darla. Phoebe is scared that her mother will go to jail and just hopes that she and Thorne can work things out after he finds out the truth.

Eps 4912
To the disappointment of Phoebe, Taylor decides she must tell Thorne and leaves with him for Big Bear Cabin. Thorne prepares to propose to Taylor, but stops when he notices tears running down her cheeks. Taylor prepares to tell Thorne about the accident. Stephanie has divorce papers drawn up for Brooke and Nick to sign. Eric questions whether Stephanie is moving too fast.
Brooke tells Ridge she needs time to think. Later, Ridge visits Stephanie and Eric, unaware of the divorce papers, he begs Stephanie not to pressure Brooke into making any decision but she leaves to see Brooke. Stephanie pressures Brooke to sign the papers. Nick arrives and pleads with Brooke for her forgiveness. Brooke asks both Nick and Stephanie to leave. Nick leaves and Stephanie pretends to leave, but reappears to persuade her to come back to the Forrester family.

Nick tells Jackie that Stephanie has made up divorce papers for him and Brooke. After Jackie leaves, Nick visits Ridge and they argue. Stephanie continues to pressure Brooke into signing the divorce papers and Brooke continues to resist. Jackie enters after eavesdropping and tries to convince Brooke to stay with Nick. Brooke asks both women to leave.
Stephanie and Jackie argue over who should be with Brooke. Phoebe’s call to Stephanie interrupts their argument and Stephanie leaves to be with Phoebe. Phoebe calls Taylor and tells her that she wants to be there when she tells Thorne about Darla’s accident but Taylor says she needs to do it by herself. Thorne wants a future with Taylor and offers her a ring. Taylor will not accept the ring until Thorne knows what really happened to Darla. Taylor begins to tell him the truth.

Thorne feels shocked and betrayed by Taylor’s lies. Taylor tries to explain exactly what happened the night of the accident, but Thorne rejects her. Later, Taylor calls Lt. Baker and confesses to killing Darla. She tells Thorne that she loves him and Alexandria. Thorne is devastated.
Stephanie, Phoebe, and Hector worry that Thorne will call the police when he finds out what Taylor did. Lt. Baker pays a visit to Taylor’s house and is there when Taylor calls him to confess. Lt. Baker puts Taylor on speaker and everyone listens in shock to Taylor’s confession.

Taylor arrives at the police station and is photographed and fingerprinted. Phoebe tells Ridge that Taylor told Thorne the truth about the accident. Ridge comforts Phoebe and believes that this is a new beginning to their relationship. Ridge is shocked to learn that Stephanie also knew about the accident. Thorne confides his feelings to Stephanie about Taylor’s actions. He later embraces Stephanie and weeps in her arms.

Ridge is upset with Stephanie for encouraging Taylor to keep Darla’s accident a secret. Taylor learns that Phoebe and Hector could be charged with obstruction of justice for keeping her secret. LT. Baker convinces Taylor to explain their part in her crime and she admits that Stephanie knew about the accident as well. Phoebe explains the accident to Thorne, but he refuses to listen.

Eric, Felicia, Dante, Jackie, and Sally are shocked when they read about Taylor’s confession in the newspaper. Phoebe explains the accident to them and insists that it was not Taylor’s fault. Ridge visits Thorne and tries to convince him to forgive Taylor. LT. Baker and Jennifer discuss Taylor’s case. Stephanie tries to convince Taylor to build a defense. Taylor tells the judge that she is going to plead guilty.

Shane and Hector’s dislike of each other grows as Shane ponders the possibility that Hector and Phoebe can be charged as well in the cover-up. Hector feels guilty about Taylor pleading guilty to save him, Phoebe and Stephanie from getting into trouble and realizes that Shane could come forward and tell what he saw.
Brooke and Ridge discuss Taylor’s situation, and Ridge admits that he still loves Brooke. They kiss. The Judge accepts Taylor’s guilty plea and plans the sentencing in three weeks. Stephanie tries to make Thorne see the sacrifice Taylor is making, but he refuses to consider helping or forgiving Taylor.

Thorne rejects Taylor’s affection for him and still wrestles with the guilt of falling in love with the woman that killed his wife. Storm and Brooke discuss how important it is to find a second witness for Taylor’s trial. Thomas comes back to town and learns about his mother’s situation.
Taylor still refuses to say Darla’s death was an accident and encourages everyone to take care of each other. Everyone, including Thorne, gathers in the courtroom to hear Taylor’s sentencing. Shane blackmail’s Stephanie into offering him a bribe in return for defending Taylor in court.
