Eps 4797: Nick declares Ridge will pay for what he did to Brooke. Brooke tries to make things right with Nick and convince him that it was a mistake. Brooke tells Nick that she truly wants to be with him; not Ridge. Jackie and Stephen flirt a bit and discuss her past with Massimo. Stephanie wants Bridget and Dante to give Felicia sole custody Dino. In fact, Stephanie threatens Dante with deportation if he doesn’t give full custody to Felicia. Bridget suggests that this isn’t about Felicia’s needs but Stephanie’s need for control.

Eps 4798: At the Big Bear cabin, Brooke pleads with Nick to forgive her. It looks like Nick will leave and walk out on Brooke and their relationship but seeing Brooke so upset he comes back into the cabin and the two make love. Taylor tries to convince Bridget how bad Brooke has been in the past with the men in her life. Massimo and Ridge fear they may have lost and that Brooke and Nick may be together.

Eps 4799: Marone Board Members have a meeting with Massimo and Nick. The agree that Nick should be appointed the new CEO of Marone Industries as they have received a memo from Megan with all the information about Massimo and Megan working together to frame Jackie. Nick accepts the postion and an upset Massimo walks out. Ridge tells Stephanie he feels Brooke should still be with him despite everything. Brooke reveals to Bridget that Nick and her slept together.

Eps 4800: Stephanie confronts Brooke about what happened with Ridge. Brooke tells Stephanie that she has decided to quit Forrester Creations. Ridge enters to hear this news and he begs her to not to quit. A press conference is held announcing Nick the new CEO of Marone Industries. Later, Nick tells Jackie that he is glad Brooke chose him and that will be the end of all of this drama.

Eps 4801: Bridget and Dante try and come up with a plan to stop Stephanie from interfering in their involvement with Dino. Taylor visits Nick and questions if Nick is worried that Brooke won’t be able to leave Forrester Creations. Ridge begs Brooke to stay at Forrester Creations. Brooke gives Ridge one last kiss and leaves. After Brooke leaves Ridge tells Stephanie this is all her fault. Ridge is obviously upset. He then grabs his chest and collapses.

Eps 4802: After Ridge collapses in front of Stephanie, she calls for help. Hector and the paramedics take Ridge to the hospital. Thorne keeps a worried Stephanie company while they wait for information on Ridge’s condition. Christian arrives to help operate on Ridge. Stephanie blames herself as she feels she caused Ridge to collapse. Later, Stephanie is with Ridge when he moans for Brooke. Dante proposes to a shocked Bridget and tries to convince her to say yes. Nick and Brooke take a trip to Cabo San Lucas.

Eps 4803: The family gathers at the hospital to be with Ridge. Stephanie, feeling a lot of guilt, tries to call Brooke to apologize and to get her to come back to Los Angeles to see if she can help Ridge. All she gets is Brooke’s voicemail. Dante fills Felicia in on Stephanie’s plan to deport him if he does not hand over full custody of Dino to Felicia. Felicia tells Dante that she’ll talk to Stephanie. Nick and Brooke relax at the hotel in Cabo San Lucas.

Eps 4804: While on vacation, Brooke gets the feeling something is wrong. Nick tries to calm her and tell her its all in her head. Brooke listens to her voicemail from Stephanie but disregards it. Thomas visits with Ridge (who is still unconscious) in the hospital. Stephanie tries Brooke again but Brooke thinks it has to do with business and hangs up on her. Stephanie visits Stephen in hopes that he’ll help in contacting Brooke. Stephen seems less than thrilled to help Stephanie.

Eps 4805: Stephanie tries to convince Stephen to give her Brooke’s contact information in Cabo San Lucas. Stephanie Brooke’s whereabouts and prepares the Forrester Jet to fly to Cabo San Lucas. While in route to Mexico, Stephanie realizes how horrible she’s been to Ridge and Brooke and vows to change. Felicia and Bridget visit with a still unconscious Ridge. In Mexico, Brooke enjoys a relaxing massage while Nick does some work. Later, Stephanie barges in on a romantic moment between Nick and Brooke and tells Brooke that Ridge is in trouble and needs her help.

Eps 4806: Stephanie urges Brooke to return to Los Angeles with her to help Ridge. Jackie and Stephen discuss their family situations. Dante and Felicia tease and flirt with one another and it leads to a kiss. The family worries as there is no change in Ridge’s condition.

Eps 4807: Brooke and Nick agree to go back to Los Angeles with Stephanie. When Brooke arrives by Ridge’s bedside, she’s affected by seeing Ridge just laying there. Dante tries to talk to Felicia about their kiss but Dino’s cries distract her. Eric tells Stephen how happy he is that Brooke came home to help Ridge. Stephen is still skeptical of Ridge’s involvement with Brooke.

Eps 4808: The family gathers in hopes that Brooke can make Ridge take a turn for the better. Stephanie apologizes again to a comatose Ridge because she feels that it is her fault that he is laying there. With the help of Brooke’s voice, Ridge wakes up. Stephanie tries to make good to Brooke. Jackie is upset that Brooke rushed back to Los Angeles and cut her trip short with Nick. Jackie tells Stephen that she hopes that this doesn’t affect Nick’s relationship with Brooke.

Eps 4809: Brooke tells Stephanie she loves Nick but she’s willing to help Ridge get better. Jackie confronts Stephanie and tells her to stop meddling with Brooke and Nick’s relationship. Brooke tries to assure Nick that her future is with him, not Ridge. Stephanie begs Ridge for his forgiveness.

Eps 4810: To show her appreciation of Brooke and how she has helped Ridge, Stephanie decides to make Brooke the new CEO of Forrester Creations. Ridge, Thorne and Eric are shocked to hear the news but they are supportive and can’t wait to surprise Brooke with the news in a press conference in front of everyone. Ridge credits his improvement to R.J. and Brooke. Jackie offers Brooke to come on board at Jackie M and help them globalize it.

Eps 4811: Stephen and Jackie discuss ways to stop Stephanie from getting her claws in Brooke, and then decide to go to the press conference. While at the press conference, Jackie calls Nick to inform him to watch it on the television. The Forrester Creations press conference is underway and Brooke believes that it is just to announce Ridge’s recovery. Stephanie plays a tribute to Brooke and shocks everyone by saying she will resign and wants Brooke to be the new CEO.

Eps 4812: Brooke feels overwhelmed by Stephanie’s offer of the CEO position. Stephen and Nick arrive at Stephanie’s office and tell Brooke not to sign anything. Later, Nick asks Brooke to turn down the job offer and step away from the Forrester family. Brooke tells Nick that she’s not sure she can do this. Felicia tells Dante they owe it to Dino to see if they can make it as a couple.

Eps 4813: Felicia asks to be Dante’s model for his new sculpture, though she will have to pose nude. Dante agrees thinking it will be good to spend time with her. Bridget questions Stephanie’s motives for giving her mom fifty percent of the company. Stephanie admits to Bridget that Ridge and Brooke belong together. Taylor tells Hector she’s through being humiliated by Stephanie. Later, Taylor confronts Stephanie about her betrayal. Nick tells Bridget he’s concerned Brooke is getting too involved with the Forrester family.

Eps 4814: After her confrontation with Stephanie, Taylor cries in Stephen’s arms, feeling betrayed by Stephanie. Bridget has a realization while talking with Nick about Brooke that Dante is the one for her. Bridget leaves to find Dante. Nick confronts Stephanie about her offer to Brooke. Nick asks to buy Stephanie out of the company. When Stephanie refuses, Nick declares war on Stephanie. Bridget tells Dante she wants to work on their relationship, but after she leaves and Felicia starts to model, Dante’s not sure Bridget is the right one for him.

Eps 4815: Jackie advises Nick to be optimistic with the situation of Brooke and Forrester Creations Then Nick fills Jackie in on Stephen’s plan to get control of Forrester Creations for Brooke. At dinner with Taylor, Stephen continues to encourage her to explore different options. He offers her the chance to have the power in her hands for once. Stephanie assures Ridge that Brooke will come back to him and the company. Bridget learns that Felicia is posing for Dante’s sculpture and feels betrayed. Dante and Bridget have a talk and it is apparent that Bridget is unsure about her feelings for Nick. Ultimately Dante and Bridget decide not to be together.

Eps 4816: Niick and Stephen talk about how Taylor might sign over her percentage of the stock which would give Brooke controlling interest over the company. They both feel that what is coming to the Forrester family is well deserved. Stephanie distributes the remaining stock to her family. Taylor visits Stephanie and realizes she will never make things fair so therefore she decides to really think about Stephen’s offer to cause a stir in the family.

Eps 4817: Stephen offers to purchase Taylor’s two percent of the Forrester Creations stock. Ridge hopes that Brooke will take the job offer but is afraid that she will still remain with Nick. Brooke makes a decision to decline the job offer. As she and Nick are about to tell the Forrester’s her decision, Nick receives a phone call from Stephen saying that Taylor has signed over her stock to Brooke. Brooke now has controlling interest of Forrester, therefore, Nick tells Brooke and everyone else that she will accept the CEO position.

Eps 4818: Christian examines Felicia. He tells her that she is improving and that there is no need for him to continue to stay there. Christian then kisses Felicia, and Felicia tells him that she owes it to Dino to explore a relationship with Dante but that Christian is a potential candidate for her heart. Everyone is thrilled that Brooke is accepting the offer but no one is aware that Nick and Stephen have purchased Taylor’s stock. Ridge rejoices at Brooke accepting the job.

Eps 4819: Ridge shares with Bridget his true hopes; that this new CEO position will break up Nick and Brooke’s relationship and therefore Ridge and Brooke reunite. Taylor tells Stephen she doesn’t know what to do with her life. Stephen tells her that she is free from the Forresters and that she can do anything she wants. He comforts her and then kisses her as well. Brooke is completely caught off guard when Nick presents her with the extra two percent of the stock and tells her she now has controlling interest of the company. Nick also tells a shocked Brooke that he wants her to fire the Forresters.
