Episode 6405 The Forrester mansion is all abuzz on the day of Brooke and Ridge’s anticipated wedding.
Still heartbroken from her breakup, Hope tries to maintain a positive attitude for her mother’s sake. Hope’s mother and aunts give her advice on coping, based on their own past failed relationships.
During the festivities, Rick takes Thomas aside to give him permission to pursue Hope. Caroline keeps a close eye on Thomas to ensure that his eye isn’t roaming elsewhere.

Taylor is pleasantly surprised when Thorne opts out of attending Ridge’s wedding so that he can comfort her on this bittersweet day.
Ridge takes a big risk of his wedding being ruined by a few possibly disgruntled guests when he invites them all to publicly share what his and Brooke’s wedding means to them.

Thomas gives a touching toast at Brooke and Ridge’s wedding reception that make many of the guests question their own love lives and the decisions they’ve made.
Bill stands back and watches with pleasure as sparks fly between Liam and Steffy. Caroline has her claws out and ready to use in order save her relationship with Thomas.
A surprising revelation is made just as the festivities come to a close.

Episode 6408 With Ridge away on his honeymoon, Rick makes himself at home in the Forrester Creations CEO office. He arranges for a photo shoot between Hope and Thomas to try to generate some heat between them.
Caroline is less than thrilled that Thomas and Hope will be spending a lot of time together working on the new “Hope for the Future” collection.
Liam shows up at Spenser Publications with a whole new attitude - one that pleases Bill.

Hope is stunned by a visit from a person from her past who is bearing flowers … and the truth about what really happened in Italy.
Katie warns Bill that his constant meddling in Liam’s life may backfire and could be detrimental to their family.
Caroline angrily confronts Thomas about his feelings for Hope and what that means for their relationship. Rick uses Thomas and Caroline’s argument to his advantage.

Episode 6411 Katie threatens to protect her baby in every way possible from Bill’s controlling and vindictive ways. She vows not to let him ever treat their son the way Bill treats Liam.
Hope grapples with her emotions while Liam gives her the many reasons why she should give him another chance. Steffy confesses to Taylor her plan to ensure that she is the one that ends up with Liam.

Episode 6412 Katie’s enraged confrontation with Bill causes her to go into early labor. Bill rushes Katie to the hospital, fearing the worst outcome of a premature delivery combined with her heart condition.
Taylor confronts Liam about his intentions with Steffy and advises him about his newfound attitude. Thomas and Steffy compare notes about the current state of their love lives. Steffy is pleasantly surprised when she receives an unexpected visit from Liam.

Episode 6415 Doctors frantically attempt to save Katie’s life as she experiences serious complications during the delivery of her baby. Donna steps in as the matriarch of the Logan family in the absence of Brooke to see her family through this tragic ordeal.
Liam and Hope cling to each other while Katie and her baby cling to life. Bill is overcome with grief at the thought of losing Katie.

Steffy is grateful to her mother when Taylor confesses to what she told Liam that caused his sudden change of heart. Meanwhile, Katie’s health scare prompts Liam to rethink that change of heart and ask Hope to give him one more chance.
After Katie’s miraculous recovery, she and Bill name their newborn son. Katie agrees to put her anger towards Bill aside for their baby’s sake.

Episode 6417 Liam is less than thrilled with Hope’s response to him asking her for another chance. Knowing that Liam’s feelings have been hurt by Hope once again, Steffy makes it her goal to cheer him up.
Upon Katie’s release from the hospital, Bill surprises her and their baby with a present that he has been secretly working on. Katie has a difficult time getting past Bill’s past transgression and fears that it will eventually have a negative effect on their family.

An appalled Donna inadvertently overhears Bill and Katie’s conversation and promptly threatens to tell Hope and Liam.
As Rick is trying to discourage Hope from giving Liam another chance, Othello arrives to tell her the truth. After a playful afternoon together, Steffy reveals an additional surprise for Liam.
