Okkie talks to Morné about his grandmother and Rian thinks he knows why Binneland Clinic has undergone such a huge change.
Tertius stands his ground with Daleen and Malan and Zadie uses the practice to unnerve Naomi. Daleen’s first day back at work doesn’t go as smoothly as planned and Sonja Heroldt’s decision might not go down too well.

Episode 791/1945Tertius tries to protect Daleen from an inconvenient truth and Pippa wants to go back to work. Okkie puts his foot down, and Bea takes note of Naomi’s mood - as well as the reason for it. Daleen struggles to trust At while Tertius breaks the rules with an outing. Susanna’s decision doesn’t come lightly.

Daleen is worried about Nina’s sleepover at the Kosters. Gustav and Quinton’s problems with Katt worsen and Okkie wants to take this slower with Ilse - but Morné puts the man in a tight spot. Wimpie pulls a fast one on At and a bottle of medicine will haunt a lot of people for a long time.

Episode 797/1951Malan blames Kirsten and Quinton and Naomi are prepared to do everything in their power in the ER. Pippa and Rian talk about their future, while Ilse’s answer on her future will have to wait until the crisis in the ER is resolved. Karli is not enjoying the party at Nagskof and Ilse’s parental skills kick in.

Episode 799/1953Bea and Ilse are at loggerheads over a time issue and Malan tries to restore a relationship. Naomi tells Quinton about Roelf and Morné shares his plans with Ilse and Okkie.
There is a thief in Binneland Clinic - and there is only one person under suspicion of the crime. Kirsten’s resolve might make life difficult for Malan and Tertius tries to convince his wife of a document.
