There is an elusive cousin of ours that is the smallest and most agile of all the apes. As beautiful in appearance as they are unique, gibbons can be found clothed in either blonde, brown, grey or black.
With a life dedicated to one partner, the enigmatic gibbon is not only the least known ape; it is also quite possibly the most delightful. Set against the backdrop of the Indonesian rainforest, Back In The Swing is an intimate portrait of the unique pressures faced by gibbons in Borneo and Sumatra, presented through the eyes of the filmmaker.
It is a story of survival and hope for the future, represented by the reintroduction back to the wild of a pair of pioneering gibbon characters. The show chronicles the day-to-day work that goes into the rehabilitation process and highlights the extraordinary relationships that exist between the gibbons and their carers, indigenous people committed to the survival of the species.

The show provides a stage for dogs to shine; personalities and talents are showcased as the dogs compete to prove to their owners that they are the Top Dog.
In each episode, five dogs compete in five rounds ranging from Party Tricks to Doggy Detective, Musical Mutts and everyone's favourite, Temptation: how long can each dog avoid the temptation of a plate of sausages?
Three expert judges are on hand to give advice on improvement areas and to score each dog's performance on the following criteria: the dog and the owner's relationship, training methods and fashion sense.
