Post the yawnfest that was the 2012 Feather Awards, TVSA blogger Makisto uploaded a 3 way blogger-fest goss and dirt column recapping the event and being the savvy bunch we are, we at TVSA tweeted the link to the article and Cc'd the @FeatherAwardsSA.........and then the wheels came off!
It goes without saying that within the walls of the Feather Awards offices reign the word "Drama" more than any other verb, and it didn’t come as a surprise when @FeatherAwardsSA replied to TVSA's with a rock-splitting text bomb tweet. See the "twar" below:

Tazteeq's Response:
South Africans have over the years been forced-fed and swallowed mediocrity in silence, this has led to more and more F+ and low class productions because the public has settled for less with everything. TVSA's coverage on the Feathers had lots of criticism and positive feedback summed, but the Feather Awards Office decided to focus on the bad and lash back.
The aim of the coverage is for them to improve in their next installment and not attack anyone or promise them exclusion, or did they think they hit the bull's temple so much so that they expected every media coverage to sing songs of praises? Feather Awards organizers should learn from the SAMAs committee, that’s all.
All in all, the Feather Awards were ok but left so much to be desired thus TVSA extends it’s humble apology for ruffling the Feathers a little too much.
Whether the organizers are going to exclude TVSA in their invites next year, it’s a mystery, but we will be expecting an invite so that we can go experience a well organized and improved event worthy of TV, 'cause anyone can bet that the Feather awards 2012 were far below average and anyone who believes in growth and is keen on improvement will tell it like it, just like we at TVSA.
