Please note that this competition is designed for your full and complete transparency. Although the final decision remains with The Observer and Sally Williams, your nominations form part of final decision.

Should you find that an interviewee’s nominations are not calculated correctly please contact The Observer by posting a comment with your calculation error findings.

Note that that when a post reflects or mentions a name for a single interviewee more than once, within such a single post. It is calculated as a single nomination. However, each new post adds towards the nomination of the said interviewee.

Only 3 days are left until the announcement of the winner. It is expected for the winner to be announced on Friday the 12th of Dec 2008 by The TV Observer. The exact time will be announced on the 4th Nomination Update.
