Quanita Adams is a South African actress who has appeared in numerous television series including SOS, Laugh Out Loud, Going Up Again, Orion, ER, Erfsondes and Villa Rosa.

She also starred in the SABC2 variety comedy show Colour TV, in 2011; and in 2013 joined the cast of the kykNET soapie Binneland in the role of Zadie September, making her first appearance on 4 September, 2013.
