Whitney Cummings is an American comedian, writer, producer and actress best known as a cast member of the comedy series Chelsea Lately (2009-2012) and for creating and starring as the title character in the sitcom Whitney, from 2011-2013.
A Los Angeles-based comedian, actor, writer and producer, Cummings also co-created and co-wrote, along with Michael Patrick King, the comedy Two Broke Girls, starring Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs.
In 2010, Cummings' hour-long Comedy Central stand-up special, Money Shot, was nominated for an American Comedy Award. As a comedian, Cummings appears regularly on E!'s Chelsea Lately and Comedy Central's Comedy Central Roasts. She got her start starring on MTV's Punk'd.
Cummings currently resides in Los Angeles.
