Chance Kelly is an American actor best known for his television roles as Lt. Col. Stephen 'Godfather' Ferrando in the mini-series Generation Kill (2008), and as Mitchell Loeb, an unscrupulous, rogue FBI agent in the science fiction series Fringe, from 2008-2009.
