Frances Callier is an American actress and comedienne best known for her co-starring role as a hidden camera operator in the hidden camera comedy series 3 Non-Blondes, in 2003.

She is also one half of the comedy duo Frangela and appears regularly as Frangela on VH1's Best Week Ever.

Her television credits include According to Jim, My Name Is Earl, Frasier, Hannah Montana and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
