Reno Wilson is an American actor best known for his television roles as Wes Freewald in The Chronicle (2001-2002), as Detective Tom Selway in Blind Justice (2005) and as Officer Carl McMillan in Mike & Molly, since 2010.

Wilson made his TV debut in 1988 in the fifth season of The Cosby Show where he played the recurring role of Howard.

He went on to play guest roles in Coach, Chicago Sons, The Frest Prince of Bel-Air, Cybill, Chicago Hope, NYPD Blue, Touched by an Angel and Las Vegas, among others.

In 2001 he appeared in the SciFi TV series The Chronicle, in 2005 he starred as Tom Selway in the crime series Blind Justice and in 2006 he played Tyrese Evans in the action drama Heist.

His film credits include roles in Hitz, Sgt. Bilko, The Great White Hype, City of Industry, Stir, Rough Draft, Los Locos, Fallen, Mighty Joe Young, Whiteboys, RSVP and Crank.

He is also an accomplished voice-over artist who, most notably, gave voice to the Decepticon Frenzy in the blockbuster film Transformers, and later voiced the Autobot Mudflap in Transformers 2.

A native New Yorker who grew up with a blues pianist father and an opera singer mother, he attended the notable High School for the Performing Arts. Wilson enjoys basketball, running and music.

He lives with his wife and two children in Los Angeles.
