Bio

Chris was born in Munich (Germany) and lived there until the age of 14, when his family moved to South Africa. He attended the 'Afrikaans Hoër Seunskool' in Pretoria and matriculated from there.

After his Matric year he did two years of National Service, thereafter studying International Politics at 'Tukkies' (University of Pretoria).

Chris played tennis on a professional level for two years, and spent three years coaching in Germany. After returning to South Africa he started a Tennis School. He studied drama for four years and landed a full time role in Egoli as Rex.

Chris is unmarried and spends most of his time doing just what he likes. He has a small group of friends, with whom he enjoys going out to various restaurants.

Chris also enjoys attending the Opera, Theatre and Art Galleries. He still coaches tennis, and visits the gym very regularly.

He returns to Germany each December to ski.
