Federico Dordei is a Jordanian-born Italian actor best known to television audiences for his recurring role as Luis, a gay waiter at the diner who instantly develops a crush on Oleg, in the sitcom 2 Broke Girls.

Dordei was born in Amman, Jordan. At the age of five he moved to Rome and lived there for the next 12 years. During his teenage years he backpacked throughout Europe and during this adventure made the commitment to move to LA in order to pursue his passion for acting.

Federico was able to support himself and his ambition for acting by waiting tables and doing numerous stage plays. It was during this time when he landed his first feature film opposite Luis Guzman, Kirstin Dunst and James Caan in Luckytown. It was this performance that put him on the map.

He went on to book several films such as The Journey, winner of the Audience Award at the Milan Film Festival; The Death of Dr. Island, which had an innovative soundscape and made extensive use of visual effects techniques; Wasabi Tuna, an over-the-top comedy with Tim Meadows and Antonio Sabato Jr.; Deuce Bigalow European Gigolo, where he played the unforgettable Mahmoud; Pranksta with Tom Green, in which he showed his flare as a hilarious gay personal assistant; Big Stain with Rob Schneider; The Strip, alongside Dave Foley; and more.

Federico made his mark on television as well. He has given memorable performances, guest-staring in such in such shows as The Unit, Shark, Without a Trace, Bones, The Closer, Girlfriends, The Division, ER, Lincoln Heights and many more.

Federico's diversity has allowed him to land roles in a variety of ethnicities; varying from Italian, Brazilian, Mexican, French, Middleastern and Greek.
